Member Benefit Spotlight: CubiCasa Floor Plans!

CubiCasa Floor Plans are Free* to Members of WVMLS! Members will also enjoy a 20% discount on optional additional services from CubiCasa. There are a few ways to take advantage of this great benefit!

Sign up for CubiCasa by following the steps below after clicking this link: MLS member signup (cubi.casa). Alternatively you can click CubiCasa under Resources in Paragon or CubiCasa under 3rd Party Links and follow the steps.

Step 1: Click "Sign up. Scan. Done.

Step 2: Enter your email address and password to create your account.

Step 3: Enter your company's details.

Step 4: Select Agent or Appraiser to ensure discount is applied.

Step 5: Double check Willamette Valley MLS - OR is selected in MLS Name. Enter your MLS Login ID (the same as your username for Paragon)

Step 6: Account will be verified, then click on "Add Membership"

Step 7: Click on "Submit".

Step 8: Go to your email inbox and verify your email address.

Step 9: Download the CubiCasa app on the App Store or Google Play for your mobile device.

If you already have a CubiCasa account you'll just need to add WVMLS to it to enjoy the 20% discount.

This is done by signing into your CubiCasa account on a computer and on your dashboard selecting "Settings" and then "MLS" and follow steps 5-6 above.

CubiCasa offers 3D Floor Plan Products. With just a standard 5-minute scan, you can obtain either a 3D Video Render or a 3D Floor Plan. All 3D products come with the Fixed Furniture add-on for the 2D floor plan generated from the scan, as well as a quicker turnaround time for your 2D floor plan (12 hours instead of 24 hours).
