Paragon Connect has been updated with a new Aerial Flyover Experience accessible in the Map, a new Listings Dashboard search bar, and an updated inventory experience.

Aerial Flyover Experience

You now have access to a powerful new way to explore properties with the introduction of Aerial Flyover, available both when viewing parcels on the map and when exploring properties in the Media Gallery. This unified experience provides an immersive 3D aerial perspective that enhances spatial understanding, property evaluation, and neighborhood awareness.

What’s New

Aerial Flyover can now be launched in two key places where you view property and parcel information:

1.     From the Map:

When you select a parcel at parcel‑level zoom, an Aerial Flyover option becomes available in the parcel action bar. Selecting it opens a full‑screen 3D aerial view focused on the selected parcel and surrounding properties.

2.     From the Media Gallery Map Tab:

When you open the Media Gallery from any supported entry point and navigate to the Map tab, they will now see an Aerial Flyover option in the modal header. Selecting it opens a full‑screen flyover centered on the listing property currently being viewed in the gallery.

In both locations, the flyover automatically plays once the 3D view loads, giving you an immediate sense of the property’s layout and environment.

Unified Experience Across Workflows

The Aerial Flyover experience is consistent no matter where it is launched. You can expect:

  • A full‑screen 3D aerial map focused on the parcel or listing property

  • Automatic flyover animation with play and pause controls

  • Zoom capability for closer inspection

  • A guided view locked to the designated property area to prevent drifting into unrelated locations

  • A clean, distraction‑free presentation that restores the previous map or gallery state when closed.

Availability

Aerial Flyover is currently available in the United States only and is not available in Canada.

How Often 3D Maps Are Updated

Google’s 3D mapping data is refreshed on a rolling schedule, with update frequency varying significantly by region. Areas with high population density, rapid development, or strong user demand tend to receive newer 3D imagery sooner. This ensures that major cities and fast‑changing environments stay visually accurate while more remote regions update more slowly.

Below is the table reflecting typical 3D map update cycles:

  Region Type

  Typical 3D Update Frequency

  Major cities

About every one to three years

  Suburban areas

About every three to five years

  Rural and remote regions

Every five to ten or more years

Listings Dashboard Search

The Listings Dashboard now includes its own search bar at the top of the page. The search bar is fixed in place and includes a Go button that stays disabled until text is entered. Selecting Go takes you directly to the Inventory page and displays the matching listings.

The dashboard still includes Published and Unpublished buttons, now visually separated from the Go button. These buttons take you directly to the Inventory page with the correct filter chosen. When listings share the same address, the Published filter is selected by default.

On mobile, the search controls and the Published and Unpublished buttons are stacked for an easier layout.

Updated Inventory Experience

The new Inventory experience brings all listings together in one streamlined workspace designed to help you work faster, stay organized, and move between tasks with ease. You can now view every published and unpublished listing in a single place, search instantly, and filter with new clarity across desktop and mobile.

A Unified Inventory Page

A new Inventory page replaces the separate Published and Unpublished pages. It displays all listings based on the ownership and permissions while allowing easy switching between published and unpublished views. The page title now reads Inventory.

Key improvements include:

  • A cleaner layout with the new filter panel on desktop

  • Search and filter tools placed directly on the page rather than in the top bar

  • A fixed search bar for quick access at any time

  • The Add Listing button available based on Listing Maintenance Access

Fast and Flexible Search

  • A new always visible search bar sits at the top of the Inventory page.

  • It supports searches for both published and unpublished listings based on the filter selected and behaves exactly like the existing search experience but now remains fixed even when scrolling.

  • The search bar appears across all viewing modes including thumbnail and spreadsheet.

Paragon Connect has been updated with a new Member to Member sharing feature and a new Sell Side Tracker Widget.

Enhanced Sharing: Member to Member

Sharing listings with fellow members just got significantly smarter. When you share a listing with another member, the recipient now receives a direct link to the listing in Paragon Connect instead of CollabLink, giving them immediate access to full listing details, including member-only fields. With new member-only share options and a streamlined, more intuitive sharing flow, agents now have a faster and more powerful way to collaborate.

A New, Unified Share Experience

Sharing a listing is now easier and more consistent across Paragon Connect. Anytime you share a listing, no matter where you are in the workflow, you’ll now see the updated Share Options side sheet.

Two Clear Share Paths

The new design includes two sections that help you choose exactly how you want to share:

  • Share with Public

Share listings using the CollabLink with all the same public-safe options you use today. An informational message reminds users that only publicly permitted fields will be included.

  • Share with Members

A new section designed for sharing with other authorized Paragon Connect users. This includes:

  • Email

Send listing reports directly to other members using an enhanced email workflow. Emails sent through this option:

  • Allow searching the agent roster through a Lookup button in the To, CC, and BCC fields

  • Support selecting one or more members

  • Show in Message History for both the sender and related member

    • Instantly copy a link to the Paragon Connect detail view for the listing(s).

    • A confirmation message appears after copying.

Message History Enhancements

To support these new share‑with‑member flows, Message History in Paragon Connect has been refined to provide clearer tracking and an improved viewing experience.

What’s New

  • Member-to-member share emails now appear in Message History

  • Content has been reorganized to make messages easier to read

  • Names appear whenever available; otherwise, email addresses are used

  • Text messages now follow clearer truncation rules to prevent wrapping

  • A new To: line appears in message details when the recipient is known

  • Existing search and filter options remain unchanged

This ensures all share activity, whether public, private, or member‑only, appears in a unified, easy‑to‑understand history.

Sell Side Tracker Widget

It is very critical for members to monitor engagement and activity on the properties they’re selling, without wasting time navigating multiple screens. That’s why Paragon created the Sell Side Tracker Widget, a simple, powerful way to keep your finger on the pulse of your listings, right from your dashboard.

With this new widget, you can:

  • Monitor buyer interest and activity at a glance.

  • Track engagement metrics like views, recommendations, comments, and shares.

  • Access detailed insights with one click, so you can make informed decisions faster.

What’s New?

  • Add the Widget Easily

    • Click the Add Widget icon in the Top App Bar to open the Dashboard menu.

    • Select Sell Side Tracker from the list of available widgets.

    • Add it to your Inventory Dashboard and reorder it just like any other widget.

  • Add Multiple Widgets

Want to track more than one listing? No problem!

  • You can add up to three Sell Side Tracker widgets to your dashboard.

  • Each widget can be assigned to a different listing, giving you a side-by-side view of multiple properties.

  • Use the same workflow for each widget: click Add Widget, select Sell Side Tracker, assign a listing, and save. (Example below of multiple Sell Side Tracker Widgets)

  • Seamless Integration

Appears in both the Inventory Dashboard and Available Widgets side sheets, with all the familiar functionality you already know.

What Activity Does It Track?

The Sell Side Tracker Widget pulls real-time data from your assigned listing and displays key engagement metrics, including:

  • Contact – Assigned contact for the listing

  • Status – Current listing status

  • Days on Market – How long the property has been active

  • Possible / Rejected / Undecided – Buyer interest indicators

  • Total Agent Views – How many times members viewed the listing

  • Total Client Views – Total consumer views

  • Unique Client Views – Individual unique consumer views

  • Recommended – Times the listing was recommended

  • Open Houses – Scheduled open house count

Daily Updates: See What’s New Every 24 Hours

Your widget refreshes once every 24 hours to keep you up to date. Here’s how updates are shown:

  • Green “+” Indicators – Any new activity since the last update is highlighted in green with a plus sign (e.g., “Favorites 3 2+” means 2 new favorites since yesterday).

  • Timestamp for Accuracy – A clear “Updated: X hours ago” message at the bottom shows when the data was last refreshed.

  • Quick Actions – Tap INSIGHTS for a full report or COLLAPSE for a compact view.

This makes it easy to spot changes at a glance and act fast—without guessing what’s new.

Paragon Connect has been updated with two new powerful features a Listing Insights Report and an Auto Recovery for Published and Unpublished Listings.

Listings Insights Report

With the launch of the Listing Insights Report, a powerful new feature designed to give agents a centralized, interactive view of their listing’s performance, engagement, and activity.

Accessible from the overflow menu (the 3 dots in the upper corner of your listing's info card) of any published listing, the Listings Insights report consolidates key data and tools into a single, actionable view. This report helps brokers stay informed, take quick action, and better understand how their listings are performing across platforms.

Here are a list of the features included with this new report:

  • Assign Contacts and Manage Sell Side Setup

  • Listing Details & Media Preview

  • Listing Content & Seller Activity

  • Track Listing Views with Visual Insights

  • Track Prospect Interest and Saved Searches

  • Access Agent Details and Review Social Activity

  • Property History

  • Competition container

Auto Recovery for Published and Unpublished Listings

We’re excited to introduce a major upgrade to Listing Maintenance: Auto Recovery is now available for listings that have already been saved, including partial and published listings.

This ensures your work is automatically backed up as you go, helping prevent data loss from timeouts or unexpected logouts.

What’s New?

  • Auto Recovery Every Few Minutes: Once you begin editing a listing, any changes you make are automatically backed up every 2 minutes.

  • Seamless & Silent: The recovery process happens quietly in the background, no action required, no interruptions.

  • One Recovery Per User Per Listing: To maintain data integrity, only one unsaved revision is stored per user per listing. If multiple users edit the same listing, the most recent recovery will overwrite the previous one.

  • Smart Cleanup: Once a listing is successfully saved, any existing recovery file is removed to prevent outdated data from being reintroduced.

  • Secure Restoration: If unsaved changes are detected, you’ll be prompted to review and either apply or discard them, but only if you’re the original editor of the recovery file.

Why it Matters:

Auto Recovery ensures that your listing edits are protected in real time, even after a listing has already been saved. If you're unexpectedly logged out or timed out, your most recent changes are automatically backed up and available for review when you return. This means less rework, fewer interruptions, and more confidence that your progress is safe.

What Will You See?

When you attempt to edit a listing, the system will first check for any unsaved changes from a previous session. If a newer recovery file is found, you’ll be shown a Recovery Review Page before entering the listing form.

This page gives you a clear summary of the listing and lets you choose whether to continue with your current version or apply the recovered edits. It’s designed to be intuitive and works seamlessly across desktop and mobile.

You’ll only see this page if:

  • A recovery file exists

  • You’re the original editor of the recovery file

  • The recovery file is newer than the current listing

If no recovery is found or the listing has more recent updates, you’ll proceed directly to the listing form as usual.
