Listing Entry for Residential Class listings has been updated in Paragon.
3 Fields have been modified
Lot - changed to not required.
55+ Housing - changed to required.
Zoning - changed to required.
Updated WVMLS forms reflecting the changes will be available soon and be available at forms providers within two weeks.
The newest WVMLS Forms are now available on WVMLS.com and under MLS Documents on Paragon. They will start appearing within form provider platforms in 2-3 weeks. Below is are what has changed:
Page 4 is no longer part of the Listing Agreement.
To increase clarity around Page 4 (The Listing Contract) we have separated them from all listing agreements. You'll now find them labeled as 1 page documents titled "General Listing Contract" (which is for use for all listing classes excluding Lease) and "Lease Listing Contract."
A New call out was added on Listing Agreements that states "A listing contract is also required but should not be submitted to WVMLS," as well, on listing contracts a call out was added that says "Members are free to use any legal listing contract. Do NOT submit to WVMLS."
Field removals
The Owner Phone field has been removed.
New additions based on OREA requirements
Two Required fields have been added to all forms (excluding lease):
The Listing Broker License # to Page 1.
Principal Broker Phone # to Page 3 (in signing section)
Here are a few methods to find and utilize WVMLS Forms:
Method 1: On the WVMLS Website.
Navigate to www.wvmls.com.
Scroll down to the Navigation Carousel and click on the image labeled Forms.
Click the format icon under the form you would like to download.
Method 2: Inside of Paragon
In the top right hand corner of Paragon click MLS Documents
Click MLS Listing Agreements
Click the form you need in the format you need.
Method 3: Available from your statewide Real Estate Forms platform such as Skyslope, zipForm, etc.
