An Intro To CRS Tax Data

As part of Willamette Valley MLS, you gain access to the MLS Tax Suite, powered by CRS Data (also referred to as CRS Tax Data). This powerful tool allows you to search statewide property records, create Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), and prospect for potential clients.

To get started with CRS Tax Data, sign in to Paragon Professional, and click "Tax" in the main menu at top, and "CRS Data: Tax Search" from the dropdown menu:

The first time you access CRS Tax Data, you will be presented with a End User License Agreement (EULA). Read through it and accept the terms to access the platform, or decline if you do not agree:

If you accept, you will be directed into CRS Tax Data, where you can begin searching for property records:

Note: There is no separate login credentials for CRS Tax Data you will always need to login to Paragon first to access the platform.
