Quick Start Guide for WVMLS Members
WVMLS has created a ready-to-use tri-fold pamphlet template to help you stand out in listing packets, open houses, and overall marketing your services. It’s quick to edit, no design skills required!
What You’ll Need
A free Canva account
The WVMLS-provided template link
Your:
Brokerage name or logo
License number
Phone number
Email
Website
Optional slogan or short blurb
Step-by-Step Instructions on Editing the Template
1. Click the Template Link
Click the link or Scan the QR code provided by WVMLS
Click the purple "Edit template" button (This will open up a new browser to create your own custom copy in Canva)
2. Fill In Your Information
Click and highlight each text box and replace it with your details:
Replace “Brokerage Logo Here” → Your brokerage name or upload your logo
Replace “Brokers Name” → Your full licensed name
Replace “License Number” → Your license number
Upload a Picture → Your head shot
Phone Number → Your phone number
Email → Your email address
Website → Your website or social handle
“Your Slogan” space → Optional tagline or short message
3. Design Colors Are Set
The design colors and all other content on the template are locked for consistency. Only your personal information is changeable on the whole template.
4. Download and Share
Click Share → Download
Select PDF – Print for print copies (margins will appear on printout)
TIP: For NO Margins, consider ordering copies straight from Canva. It’s as simple as clicking “Order” right in Canva.
Color Profile: CMYK – best for professional printing
Select PNG or JPG for digital use
