Recently, a series of concerning incidents occurred involving an individual who contacted multiple female real estate agents. This bogus buyer...
...contacted several female agents expressing interest in vacant properties located in secluded areas.
...when asked to provide pre-approval, proof of funds, or identification, he ghosted the agents or provided suspicious documentation.
...has recent criminal history.
