Nothing Has Changed For WVMLS (Yet)

Thank you to the many Members who have touched base with us since news of the big NAR Settlement broke on Friday, March 15th.


BECAUSE WE ARE MEMBER-OWNED, nothing changes immediately for WVMLS Members.


We will be convening the Board of Directors, our legal counsel, and having conversations with our Members over the next days and weeks to determine an appropriate course of action for OUR membership in light of this disappointing news.


So for the record... *Sellers CAN still offer something toward the buyer brokerage fee if they want.

* Buyer Rep Agreements are NOT required yet (But HIGHLY recommended) * We will keep you posted on developments!
