Paragon Connect Update: EasyListing
Paragon Connect was recently updated with a new convenient way to jumpstart the listing process.
When adding a listing in Paragon Connect you'll be greeted with a new option, EasyListing.
EasyListing is done in 3 easy steps
Choose EasyListing when adding a listing in Paragon Connect.
Choose the Class for your listing.
Search your listing property's address and select a match.
Once you've finished the three steps you'll be brought into the Listing Maintenance screen with where EasyListing will have already autofilled fields.
Reminder: Whether using Tax Autofill or EasyListing it is your duty to perform due diligence and ensure the data autofilled is accurate.
EasyListing Q&A
Q. How is EasyListing different than Tax Autofill?
A. Tax Autofill sources its data from property records and can autofill up to 21 fields while EasyListing sources from the WVMLS database and can autofill up to 84 fields in a Residential Listing.
Q. I don't see a match for my listing's address?
A. If no match is found it means the property has not been listed in WVMLS before and is ineligible for EasyListing.
