CRS Tax Data Updates: Prospecting and Advanced Search Improvements

CRS Tax Data was recently updated with new filters for prospecting, new CSV export options, and more filters in advanced search.

The prospecting tool in CRS has been updated to include these new filters:

• Loan Type

• Foreclosure Status

• Building Stories

• Building Units

When exporting your prospects to CSV you can now include the selected criteria in your export. This allows you to easily replicate the search or reference what criteria was selected to get that prospect list.

There are also new fields that can be included in the CSV export:

• Owner Occupied

• Seller Name

• MLS Listing Number

• MLS Status

• Loan Type

• Lender Name

• Loan Amount

• Active Mortgage

To align with these improvements for the prospecting tool the advanced search has had additional fields added:

• Loan Type

• Mortgage Age

• Cash Buyer

• Foreclosure Status

• Building Condition
