A Report View titled "Signing Detail" is now available within Paragon. This view when set as default offers the authorizations and disclosures page at the end of the 2-Page Full Detail simplifying the process of showing your seller the listing details and acquiring a signature.
To set the Signing Detail as your default view follow these steps below:
(Inside Paragon Professional)
Click Preferences in the Main Menu.
Click System in the dropdown menu.
Click Result Options in the left menu.
Click the drop down list under Listing Detail Results.
Choose Signing Detail and click Save at the top of the Result Options section.
Once set as default when maintaining a Partial Listing you can click View Detail Report in the left menu and print your Signing Detail.
Things to note about Signing Detail:
This view is available for all classes except Rental and Lease.
It is identical to the 2-Page Full Detail report with the addition of the Page 3 Authorizations and Disclosures. Meaning it is still usable as a detail view when searching and viewing listings anywhere in the Paragon Professional system.
Since Original Price is tracked in Partial, but resets when the listing status is made Active, a note has been added to the Signing Detail to alleviate any confusion for a seller. The note indicates that the Original Price field is not representative when it is a Partial Listing.
A new way to keep yourself up to date about information, classes, and events is now available in Paragon Connect.
Titled the WVMLS Dashboard, this tab in the main section of Paragon Connect brings you multiple tools to quickly gain insights and stay informed.
Below is a breakdown of the sections:
WVMLS Insights - Much-like the blog section in the center of Paragon Professional, this houses articles that share information relevant for WVMLS Members. Clicking or tapping the arrows or "Previous" and "Next" allows you to cycle through the articles and clicking Read More expands the article.
Upcoming Classes - Shows what classes are coming in the next week and with a simple click of the class image you are able to register. Clicking or tapping the arrows or "Previous" and "Next" allows you to cycle through the upcoming classes.
New On-Demand Recordings - Shows a rolling 5 On-Demand Recordings with the most recent at the top for easy access to these educational resources.
WVMLS Resources - Links to useful WVMLS Resources.
Over time more and more information and sections will be added to the WVMLS Dashboard so keep an eye out and utilize this great tool to stay informed!
