This year, WVMLS is adding a fun, office vs. office challenge to the annual Food Fund Drive!
The competition runs from November 1 – November 30, 2025.

Step 1: Email events@wvmls.com to enter your office.
Step 2: WVMLS will add your team to the official scorecard.
Step 3: Earn points through donations and bonus activities.
The office with the highest total points on November 30 wins!
Earning Points
Team Participation
WVMLS will track donation totals via GoFundMe.
Divide your office’s total donated dollars by your number of office members to find your Team Points.
Example: $600 donated ÷ 6 members = 100 points
Bonus Point Opportunities (up to 100 total bonus points)
Office Spirit
Send proof of a poster, table, or display supporting any of our 3 Food Fund non-profits (Nov 1 – 30)
10 pts one time.
Internal Promotion
Show proof of an internal email, meeting slide, or staff social post promoting the drive
10 pts one time.
Social Support
Share the drive on Facebook or Instagram and tag @WVMLS
Repeatable for 20 pts each time.
Bonus point activities are capped at 100 points total per office.
Submitting Proof
All entries are due by 11:59 PM on November 30, 2025.
Each office should send one email to events@wvmls.com with:
Photos or screenshots showing your bonus activities
A summary of what your office did
WVMLS will collect and review all submissions and update the scorecard weekly.
The Winner Receives
Free individual dues for everyone in the winning office for the month of January 2026
Trophy + Office Lunch or Coffee Cart celebration
A feature story in the WVMLS blog as the 2025 Food Fund Challenge Winner
