Access Point:

Ease of Use: Steps you through the process, multiple manual entry points, deeply linked to Paragon Pro knowledge.

EasyCMA

Access Points:

• Paragon Professional -> CMA -> Create EasyCMA

• Paragon Connect -> Main Menu (Hamburger Menu Icon) -> EasyCMA

Ease of Use: Starts with a subject property address/MLS #, minimal manual entry points, knowledge of settings quirks are valuable.

CMA & Client Report Access Point:

CRS TAX -> Comparables -> CMA & Client Report

Ease of Use: Uses currently selected property as subject property, multiple adjustable parameters for automatic comparables engine, more due diligence is recommended on comparables since manual comparables are not supported.

Quick CMA

Access Point:

CRS TAX -> Comparables -> Quick CMA

Ease of Use: Uses currently selected property as subject property, multiple adjustable parameters for automatic comparables engine, more due diligence is recommended on comparables since manual comparables are not supported.

Introducing Listing Ads For Residential, Manufactured Without Land, and Bareland Listings! A new integration in Paragon, available for members to purchase.

Take the guesswork out of promoting your Residential, Manufactured Without Land, and Bare Land listings on Facebook and Instagram. Boost visibility to reach potential buyers at the perfect moment on social media without pouring hours into tedious ad crafting.

It all starts with choosing Listing Ads, there are 3 places you can access it:

3. On the Congratulations Message after you create/update a listing.

   
   

   

After you have clicked any of those integration points the last few things to do are to choose your budget, start date and duration of your ad campaign. You'll then hit Purchase and voila, you’re reaching potential home buyers tomorrow!

LISTING ADS harnesses the power of artificial intelligence and web tracking to spot potential buyers for homes similar to your listing and in the same vicinity. Clicking on the ad sends potential buyers to your personalized CollabLink page. New leads that sign up are automatically added to your contacts in Paragon!
